SUBSTITUTING ATTORNEY

This power of attorney lets the Grantor to appoint a new attorney in place of an existing attorney though proper legal channel. This is needed if you want to appoint a new attorney in place of the existing attorney through proper legal channels. It prevents any future legal disputes.

This can be enforced legally by printing it on a non judicial stamp paper duly signed by all the parties and witnesses. You as a client may use it if you want to appoint a new attorney and revoke all powers and authorities given to the previous attorney.
