AGREEMENT WITH GRAPHIC DESIGNER

This agreement is signed between the parties in which the company or an individual hires a graphic designer which may be a firm or an individual. The agreement is needed in case one is looking to hire a graphic designer to create a logo, signage or website etc. The agreement can be used to state guidelines, establish a timeline for deliverables and to outline terms of payment helping to keep miscommunication to a minimum. In case of any dispute, the agreement can be referred to for resolving the issue.

This agreement can be made legally binding when made on an organization’s letterhead or a non-judicial stamp paper duly signed by both the parties involved. Use this Agreement if:

  • You want to hire a graphic designer to complete a project.
  • You as a graphic designer are offering your services as an independent contractor.
