Amit has excellent organisational ability, and is used to forward planning and prioritizing work to achieve daily goals and objectives. Amit works well under pressure and is used to meeting demanding deadlines and targets. His work is always approached with a clear understanding of customer’s needs and requirements. Amit’s clients consider him to be reliable, adaptable and consistent.Amit is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has also done Law.
Assheeti Samani

Richita Jain
richita@sgkadvisory.comRichita joined SGK as a trainee and became Senior Manager and thereafter promoted to become a Director in 2013. She manages broad range of clients from owner managed private limited companies to large listed clients. She has expertise in handling large client accounts and retainerships in Corporate Law Matters. Richita is a Company Secretary with Associate membership of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
