REVOCATION OF EXISTING POA
This lets the Grantor to revoke the powers and authorities given to an individual or a representative chosen by a company. It is needed if you want to end the Power of Attorney and it prevents any future legal disputes.
This Power of Attorney can be enforced legally by printing it on a non judicial stamp paper duly signed by the Grantor , the Agent and the witnesses. You may use it if you want to terminate the existing Power of Attorney and divest him of all and any powers and authorities given to him.
