AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER OF PARTNERSHIP FIRM
This Power of Attorney lets the partners of a firm to give the decision making power to their Manager to perform the firm’s tasks. It is needed if you as a firm want to delegate your functions to your Manager through proper legal channels. It prevents any future legal disputes.
This Power of Attorney can be enforced legally by printing it on a non judicial stamp paper duly signed by the partners , the Agent and the witnesses. You may use it if as a firm want to authorize your Manager to handle all the affairs of your firm in case you are unable to do so.
